Build Your Temple — Your First 30 Days
Your First 30 Days

Build Your Temple

The month you stop planning and start building.

Your body is a temple, and so is everything you build around it. This isn't about going viral or making money yet. It's about laying a foundation strong enough to build a real thing on. Follow this and you'll end the month with a brand, an audience habit, and your first wins on record.

The mission this month
Show up every day, tell your real story, and start helping people for free. Trust first. The money comes later, and it comes easier once people already believe in you.

One more thing before you start: every step below comes with a "why." Don't just do the tasks, understand the reason behind them. Once you get why something works, you'll start making smart calls on your own.

The 4-Week Climb

Week by Week

Week 1 · Foundation

Lay the foundation and make it official

Goal: everything is set up and on-brand so you're ready to post with intention.

  • Lock the name. Grab the @buildyourtemple style handles on TikTok and Instagram (try a few versions if taken) and use the same name and photo on both.
  • Rewrite your bio around the real message: a young guy who felt like crap and changed his life through what he eats and how he trains, now helping others do the same.
  • Set up your free community home base. Heads up, this part has a lot of moving parts and it's easy to get wrong, so don't try to wing it. I'm putting together a step-by-step guide to walk you through it, and if you get stuck, just text me and we'll knock it out together.
  • Pick your 5 content themes (below) so you never stare at a blank screen.
  • Write down your own before-and-after story in full. This is the post that starts everything.
Why this matters: You only get one first impression. When people find you, everything should instantly say who you are and who you help. A strong base means every post after this lands on solid ground instead of being a guess.
Week 2 · Show Up

Start posting like you mean it

Goal: build the daily habit and let people meet the real you.

  • Post once a day on TikTok. Repost the same videos to Instagram Reels. Same effort, double the reach.
  • Lead with relatable and honest content. That's already what works best for you. The struggle videos beat the highlight reels.
  • Tell your transformation story this week, the mental side included (stress, anxiety, confidence), not just the physical.
  • Batch film. Sit down once or twice and shoot 5 to 7 videos at a time so daily posting is easy.
  • Reply to every single comment and DM. Early on, conversations matter more than views.
Why this matters: The algorithm and real people both reward consistency over perfection. Posting daily is how you get found, and your honest videos are what make people stay. This is the single biggest growth lever you have right now, so protect it.
Week 3 · Serve

Help people for free and capture the proof

Goal: turn followers into real people you've actually helped.

  • Invite your most engaged followers into the free community. Make it feel like a brotherhood, not a broadcast.
  • Offer to help 3 to 5 people for free, the same way you helped your friend. Give them a simple plan.
  • Post inside the community daily so it never feels empty. A tip, a meal, a thought, a verse.
  • Start a "wins" folder on your phone. Screenshot every thank-you message, every result, every kind comment.
  • Ask the friend you already helped for a few words or a before-and-after. That's your first testimonial.
Why this matters: Followers are just numbers until you actually help someone. Real results and real relationships are what turn an audience into a community, and they become the proof that makes everything you offer later an easy yes.
Week 4 · Sharpen

Review, refine, and set up month two

Goal: learn what's working and quietly lay the track for a paid offer later.

  • Look back at your posts. Which 2 or 3 got the most views and comments? Do more of exactly that.
  • Notice what your community keeps asking about. Those questions are your future content and your future product.
  • Start gently mentioning that something bigger is coming, no hard sell, just planting the seed.
  • Keep helping people free. The bigger your wall of results, the easier the paid membership will be later.
  • Send me your numbers and your wins so we can plan month two together.
Why this matters: You can't improve what you don't measure. Doubling down on what works (and dropping what doesn't) is how good accounts become great, and it sets you up to start earning in month two from a position of strength instead of guessing.
A quick note on the platform

Why I recommend Skool for your community

When the time comes for your community home base, I'm pointing you toward Skool. Here's my thinking, because I want you to know the why, not just the what:

It keeps your community, your content, and your future paid membership all in one place, so you're not duct-taping five different apps together. It's where this younger, creator-driven crowd already spends time. And it's free to start, so you build with zero risk while you prove it out.

This is my recommendation, not a rule. If you ever want to look at other options down the road, we can. This is just the cleanest, lowest-risk path to get you going.

Never stare at a blank screen

Post 1 video Reply to every comment & DM Post once in the community Save 1 win to your folder
The one rule

Document everything. Help first, charge later.

Every person you help for free and every result you capture is a reason someone will happily pay you down the road. Proof is the whole game.

What winning looks like by day 30

Your Month-One Targets

25+
Videos posted across the month
1
Free community, live and active
3-5
People helped for free
3+
Wins or testimonials captured

Notice what's not on this list: follower count. Followers follow proof and consistency. Chase those two and the numbers take care of themselves.

You already have the only thing that can't be taught.

You've lived the transformation, you genuinely care, and you want to help. The rest is just showing up. Do this month right and you won't just be building your own temple, you'll be helping a lot of other people build theirs.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit... therefore honor God with your body." — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
